Florence Cheung

Florence holds a Bachelor of Education and brings valuable teaching experience from Hong Kong, where she spent three years supporting students with diverse learning profiles, including children with special educational needs. Through her classroom experience, she developed strong skills in individualized instruction, behaviour support, classroom management, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve their full potential. Her educational background has equipped her with a solid understanding of child development, differentiated learning strategies, and the importance of fostering confidence and independence in every child.

Florence is passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive, and structured learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn. She believes that positive relationships and meaningful collaboration with families are key to helping children develop communication, social, academic, and everyday life skills. As a member of the Scenicare Therapy team, Florence is committed to providing compassionate, child-centred support with patience, empathy, and professionalism while celebrating each child’s unique strengths and progress.

Outside of work, Florence enjoys staying active through running, exploring local parks and nature trails, and spending quality time with family and friends. She values maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle and brings the same positive energy and enthusiasm to her work with children and families.
