Ally completed the Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences at the University of Hong Kong. She has been working in school settings for 16 years. In her extensive experiences in educational environments, she mainly supports children with special educational needs and neurodivergent conditions, including children with Autism-spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Dyslexia, Hearing impairment, Developmental language disorder and Oral motor deficiency, etc. She is experienced in assessments and interventions for school-aged children and in providing staff and parent training and educational workshops. She wishes to walk and support the families in need.
