Yuyan Zhao

Yuyan is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and an accomplished professional in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and special education. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University in 2019 and later earned her Master’s degree in Special Education with a specialization in ABA from Arizona State University (ASU).

Yuyan has extensive experience working with children, youth, and adults across a variety of environments, including clinic-based programs, home settings, and both elementary and high schools within the Surrey School District. Throughout her career, she has been actively engaged in the field of Behaviour Analysis, supporting learners with diverse needs and collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.

In her role as a Behaviour Consultant, she oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Behaviour Analytic programs, ensuring they are individualized, evidence-based, and aligned with each child’s developmental goals.
