Marissa has a background in psychology and linguistics and several years of experience working with preschool and school-age children. She is currently completing her M.Sc. in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of British Columbia.
Marissa is committed to a strengths-based, neuroaffirming approach that celebrates each child’s unique communication style. She values collaborative partnerships with families and supports communication growth through play-based, evidence-informed therapy.
In her free time, Marissa enjoys baking, spending time with friends, and learning to crochet.
